Rare form of timeless and elegant candlestick in a form originally developed by W.A.S. Benson of London and Hammersmith, England circa 1910. It was made to be placed on the ends of the mantelpiece or on the ends of a sideboard or table.
The counterweight ensures that the candlestick stands firmly.
The patina is aged to a dark bronze colour and totally authentic.
